COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2778
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLI-
CATION TO THE STATE OF MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF COM-
MERCE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT MONIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman is applying to the State of Montana De-
partment of Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant to assist in
furthering the reconstruction of CVR Oak Designs, which will benefit the local
economy; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman has conducted at least two public hear-
ings as part of the application process to solicit and consider citizen comments
on community development needs and proposed activities to respond to them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bozeman, Montana:
Section 1
That the City of Bozeman agrees to conform with the regulations, stat-
utes, terms and conditions described in the CDBG Statement of Assurances.
Section 2
That Robert L. Hawks, Mayor, is authorized to submit this appl ication to
the State of Montana Department of Commerce, on behalf of the City of
Bozeman, to act on behalf of the City of Bozeman and to provide such ad- ,
ditional information as may be required. \
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 5th day of February 1990.
