COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2782 ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CHANGING THE TIME OF THE REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN.
WHEREAS, Commission Resolution No. 2777, adopted on the 22nd day of
January 1990 set the time of regular meetings of the City Commission at 2: 30
p. m. on Monday of each week to conduct the routine matters, recess, adjourn
and/or reconvene at 7:00 p.m. for all public hearings and public interest
matters; and
WHEREAS, a majority of the Commissioners have expressed a desire to
change that meeting time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
That the time of regular meetings of the City Commission be changed to
3: 30 p. m. on Monday of each week to conduct the routine matters, with publ ic
hearings and public interest matters to be considered at a 7: 00 p. m. session on
the first and third Monday of each month, or more frequently if needed.
Should there be no public hearings or public interest matters on the agenda,
the City Commission may adjourn at the close of the afternoon session.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 12th day of March 1990,
to be effective March 26, 1990.
