COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2785
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CONFIRMING THE SALE OF VALLEY UNIT
SUBDIVISION LOTS ON MARCH 14, 1990.
WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman did on the 14th day of March 1990 con-
duct an auction of specified lots located within the Valley Unit Subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bozeman:
Section 1
That the City Commission of the City of Bozeman does hereby confirm
and ratify the sale of these real estate lots to the purchasers for the purchase
price, as listed:
