Appreciated acknowledged COB preference for shared use path on corridor, good idea on leveraging roundabout at Stucky & Fowler as gateway treatment between rural/urban transition. Good background on traffic operations based on surrounding TIS work. Did not provide much detail on available capacity, concerned about workloads, PM is not based in Bozeman. Concerns with the prime not having strong transportation background or resources for this transportation project; several times the proposal mentions how challenging project is to the extent that it seems like this project is more than firm is capable of handling, would like to see more thought put into project approach specifics. Good demonstration of geotech experience, no mention of traffic calming or intersection control evaluations, appreciated detailed identification of ditch crossings, overall proposal seemed light on specific details. Most bios did not include years of experience. Very light on details regarding ability to meet schedule and budget. Minimal details around present and projected workload. Office located adjacent to project. excellent demonstration of rural to urban street design, acknowledged preference for establishing design criteria during pre-design phase, using context sensitive solutions and experience with intersection control evaluations, good presentation of how past experience specifically relates to Stucky Road approach, very thorough project approach with good attention to detail, appreciated how previous projects were presented as "proof" of their approach. Provided detailed breakdown of personnel availability and specifically detailed their ability to meet schedule & budget. Unsure if legal will approve their requested PSA edits or if issue with use of AI, can appreciate acknowledging it has a place. Although staff outside of Bozeman are on team, office and PM located in Bozeman.
