Founded in 2005 and family-owned since, our firm has served south-central Montana — including Bozeman — for nearly two decades, and is well positioned to support the Department's preventative maintenance needs across the Parks, Recreation, Aquatics, Cemetery, and Forestry Divisions, particularly recurring gutter cleaning and upkeep that helps prevent water damage, ice damming, and storm-related wear on park infrastructure. Enclosed is our Statement of Qualifications, addressing our firm's experience, background, current workload, claims history, and references as outlined in Section B of the RFQ. Generative AI Disclosure: As required by Section II of the RFQ, Montana Gutter Solutions LLC discloses that it does not intend to use generative AI in the fulfillment of services under any resulting contract. Montana Gutter Solutions LLC agrees to the City's non-discrimination and equal pay affirmation (Appendix A) and, if selected, will provide proof of insurance as indicated in the City's Professional Services Agreement (Appendix B) prior to contract signature. Crews are experienced in seasonal debris removal, hanger and fastener inspection, pitch and drainage verification, and system tune- ups to keep gutter systems performing through Montana's snow, ice, and storm seasons.
