Clean Slate Group 34 Outlier Way Bozeman, MT 59718 27 August 2026 Request for Qualifications Contractors - All Trades and Services - Parks and Recreation Department City of Bozeman RFP Issue Date: 18 July 2026 Submission Deadline: 27 August 2026 at 3:00PM Point(s) of Contact Clean Slate Group: President Ben Hymas ben@thewrapagency.com (208) 921-5387 1 Table of Contents Experience / Executive Summary 2 Firm Background 5 Firm Workload 6 Claims 6 References 7 Pricing Proposal 8 Closing 10 Affirmation of Nondiscrimination, Equal Pay, and Generative AI 10 Experience / Executive Summary The City of Bozeman (City) is seeking qualifications from firms interested in providing construction or related professional services to support the Parks and Recreation Department. The City will compile a list of professional service providers interested in working with COB on future projects of various size and scope. The City intends to ask qualified service providers to sign term contracts that will be placed on a call list to provide bids or estimates at prenegotiated rates for projects as they arise. Individual projects will be agreed upon as needed, accompanied by a task order and may include services in any of the following areas; repairs, renovations, additions, other construction services, outreach, marketing, design, youth programming, and leadership development. Clean Slate Group has provided a myriad of professional services to the COB and greater Gallatin Valley for over 15 years. We got our start through coordination with the COB to install artful traffic cabinet wraps throughout the city. This effort involved coordination with city officials as well as community outreach to procure graphics inputs from local artists that resulted in providing the City with noticeably beautiful urban terrain features designed by the local populace. As our work with the City continued, it organically grew into marketing and design for thousands of local businesses, entrepreneurs, city projects, and individuals. To meet this need we established a new division of our company, The Wrap Agency (TWA). TWA now offers logo design, branding, custom design, vehicle spot graphics and wraps, trailer and boat wraps, wall wraps, window graphics, signs, banners, flyers, stickers, dry erase surface installation for walls and various surfaces, and dance floor wraps. 2 Below are some examples of sign fabrication and vinyl wrap work that TWA has provided for the COB and other clients: CSG also has a third division, Urban Beautification (UB), that provides numerous services to the COB and Gallatin Valley. UB provides a variety of exterior property maintenance services including graffiti removal and mitigation, snow/ice removal, weed and overgrowth removal, pressure washing, gopher mitigation, dog waste removal and waste station management, parking lot cleaning, junk and debris removal, commercial/residential lawn care services, and landscaping. Under its Urban Beautification division, CSG has been awarded and maintained a variety of contracts with the COB. These include the COB Community Graffiti Removal 3 contract, which has been held since 2017. A newly awarded COB Weed & Overgrowth Abatement as of July 2026. CSG has been a preferred snow removal vendor for the COB Parks and Recreation Department since the 2020-2021 snow season and every snow season thereafter- including being awarded the Zone 2 contract starting the 2026-2027 snow season. CSG has also held the contract overseeing the snow removal of all four downtown surface lots since the 2023-2024 snow season. Lastly, CSG has been the contractor for all delinquent sidewalk snow/ice removal since November 2023. Below are some examples of projects Urban Beautification has completed for a variety of clients: 4 CSG has personnel with the following certifications applicable to this RFQ: ● National Pesticide Applicator Core Certification ○ Pesticide Category Classifications: ■ Ornamental & Turf Pest Control ■ Right-of-Way Pest Control Firm Background Clean Slate Group LLC was established in 2011 and is located at 34 Outlier Way, Bozeman, MT 59718. The purpose of CSG was to wrap the city’s traffic signal boxes and in other municipalities. The Wrap Agency division was added in 2012 to aid in the production of these wraps and quickly became a one-stop-shop for design, production and installation of vinyl graphics for the community. Over the past 15 years, CSG and TWA have worked with over 4,000 customers and 100 different municipalities to complete over 20,000 various wrap projects. Our Urban Beautification division was added in 2017 to further expand Clean Slate’s mission of “City Beautification”. What initially started as purely graffiti removal and vandalism abatement, transitioned into snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, waste management, and other avenues to 5 further beautify the city and local businesses. UB has provided these services to over 50 customers since its inception and UB continues to provide a variety of services to the City of Bozeman through city awarded contracts. Clean Slate Group, LLC generates between $1.5 million and $2 million in annual revenue. CSG possesses the financial, bonding, insurance, and organizational capacity to reliably perform projects within this RFQ and beyond the $79,999.00 limit. The keys to any success we have enjoyed has been exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism - we genuinely value the customers that choose to do business with us. Firm Workload CSG possesses the organizational expertise, staffing, and equipment to complete projects reasonably expected to result from this RFQ. Signage projects can typically be completed within 5 working days from start to finish. Larger projects that require installation (ie, utility box wraps), normally take 2-4 weeks to progress from design, to production and complete installation. Our UB division regularly completes COB and commercial business projects within five business days and maintains the ability to prioritize and complete projects within ½ day as demonstrated in our ability to remove vulgar graffiti for the COB within 2-4 hours of notification. Our UB division maintains three full-time employees and four hourly employees. To date, we have successfully completed every project we have undertaken within the required timeline. Further, we have exceeded timelines, often by a large margin, for the majority of our projects. In preparation for increased workload we have cross-trained CSG/TWA employees and placed ads for additional personnel: we are confident we can meet the requirements to complete projects that may arise from this RFQ. Urban Beautification (UB) currently maintains an active portfolio of recurring and project-based work for municipal, commercial, and residential clients. The firm has established systems, equipment, personnel, and client relationships that allow it to effectively manage ongoing commitments while maintaining flexibility to accommodate additional work. UB anticipates that it can reliably dedicate approximately 1–2 full working days per week to any anticipated projects, with the ability to adjust staffing and scheduling as project needs and timelines require. CSG is accustomed to managing both scheduled recurring services and time-sensitive or on-call work, allowing resources to be allocated efficiently throughout a project schedule. Based on its current workload and available capacity, UB, and CSG as a whole, is confident in its ability to meet any anticipated project schedules, staffing requirements, and budget expectations while continuing to provide dependable service to its existing clients. Claims Clean Slate Group LLC has not been assessed or paid for damages after completion of a project under a contract with a public or private owner since its founding in 2011. 6 References Over the last 15 years, Clean Slate Group has gained considerable experience in our craft.
