QUALIFICATIONS & INTEREST
Yellowstone Building & Remodel is a local, owner-led general contractor interested in supporting the City with construction, repair,
renovation, and site-improvement work. Sam Kalmon brings more than 10 years of construction experience in southwest Montana and a
Construction Engineering Technology education from Montana State University (2018). Our three-person self-performing crew combines
hands-on field capability with detailed estimating, planning, value engineering, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

self-performed the foundation, framing,
structural steel installation,
windows/doors, exterior finishes, and
interior finishes, while managing
estimating, scheduling, procurement,
subcontractors, and delivery.

demolition, exterior-wall removal,
crawl-space excavation, a new foundation,
floor and wall reframing, and
reconstruction with cabinets, fixtures,

kind of work we want to build in southwest Montana.
