CONTRACT FOR: Repaving of the Black Lot
You are notified that your Bid dated April 2nd, 2026, for the above Contract has been considered. You are
the apparent Successful Bidder and have been awarded a Contract for Black Lot Repaving.
The Contract Price of your Contract is: ninety-seven thousand two hundred seventy Dollars ($97,270).
One copy of the proposed Contract Documents accompanies this Notice of Award.
You must comply with the following conditions precedent within fifteen (15) days of the date of
this Notice of Award.
1.Deliver to Owner One (1) counterpart of the Agreement, signed by Bidder (as Contractor).
2.Deliver with the signed Agreement(s) the Contract security (such as required performance and payment bonds) and insurance documentation, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions.
3.Other conditions precedent (if any): None
Failure to comply with these conditions within the time specified will entitle OWNER to consider your Bid
abandoned, to annul this Notice of Award, and to declare your Bid Security forfeited.
Within ten (10) days after you comply with these conditions, OWNER will return to you one fully signed
counterpart of the Agreement with the Contract Documents attached.
