I understand the City is again considering building a new library on the West side. I live on
the West side and such a project is sorely needed. I often ride my bike to the currentlibrary from the West side and often have close calls with traffic.
My preference would be a resurrection of the original plan of having a library next to
Meadowlark school combined with a new pool. However, if that is deemed tooexpensive/extensive I would favor just a library, perhaps leaving room for the pool at a later
date.
Thank you,
