LIVE AT NOON TODAY: Reaction toFederal Court Order in Section 504Case READ IN APP Yesterday, a federal judge entered its final order in Texas v. Kennedy. You have heard a lot about this case, in this space and from others in the disability community over the last two years. Now hear how the case ended. Join me at noon. We will read the order, revisit what Montanans were told, and talk about what comes next for disability rights. SEP 24 The receipts are in. Let’s talk. Also, tonight at 6:00 and tomorrow at 11:00, Disability Rights Montana, and our partners in the Collective Disruption, have arraigned to have Catalyst Montana train Montanans with disabilities about how to advocate in the legislature. Please show up to one of the two trainings.
