Hello commissioners, I am a Bozeman resident writing today to ask the City and the Commission to not pledge tax
increments to extend the South Bozeman Technology District. Bozeman residents do not want any of our tax dollars
funneled to support the Innovation Campus in the name of “generating revenue to pay for service needs”, which it
is currently failing to do. The SBTD is home to several companies who develope surveillance and warfare
technologies to ensure “lethality” in global conflicts, and who are directly fueling the genocide in Gaza. We do not
want any more of our city’s resources funneled into war profiteering. This is a disgustingly inappropriate use of our
city’s resources that should be funneled into supporting emergency services and other public goods projects in our
community. Do not extend the tax increment for the SBTD. Please do not approve items 1.6 and 1.7. Best regards,
