COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2818
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, ADOPTING THE 1990
BOZEMAN AREA
MASTER PLAN UPDATE DATED OCTOBER 1990.
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of January 1990,
the City Commission
adopted the 1990 Bozeman Area Master Plan Update dated November 22, 1989,
as amended by the revisions dated January 29, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the County Commission passed a resolution stating they would
adopt the Master Plan document if the City would adopt the County's proposed
amendments; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, the City Commission and the County Commission
appointed members from their governing bodies as well as the County Planning
Director and the City-County Planning Director to a sub-committee to prepare
revisions to the document which would be acceptable to both governing bodies
so that the entire jurisdictional area will operate under one document; and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of October 1990,
the County Commission
adopted the 1990 Bozeman Area Master Plan Update dated October 1990; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October 1990,
after being duly and
properly noticed, the City Commission did conduct its public hearing on
the
October 1990 final draft of the 1990 Bozeman Area Master Plan Update.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City ~

of Bozeman, that the 1990 Bozeman Area Master Plan Update dated October 1990 .
be adopted as submitted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman
at its regular session held on the 29th day of October 1990.
