For the emergency road we can use gravel section of 10 inches of 3 inch minus and six inches of 1 1/2
inch gravel. The native on site pitrun can be used for the subbase if you have extra.

Hi Jason,
In our plan review with the City, they are requesting the geo tech provide comment that the proposed fire access
road can support the emergency vehicles.
Celine mentioned we could install geo grid but in our conversation, you stated that might not even be necessary.
Can you please provide something for us to present to the city.

fire access road. The applicant must ensure that appropriate easements
are in place and provide the design of the access road prior to further
review.
