We would like to add our thoughts on sports courts possibly being included in the new parks plans, particularly to
those concerning the Cattail Creek neighborhood greenspaces
The addition of such courts would add much traffic, congestion and noise to our neighborhood. There are already
parking problems at some of our parks/greenspaces and added courts would only exacerbate the problems.
The existing greenspaces already provide places for people to walk, run, exercise and enjoy the natural
surroundings and don't have adequate space for developed courts. The noise and congestion such courts would bring
don't coincide with the peaceful natural surroundings that the spaces are meant for.
One of the main reasons we purchased our lovely home that fronts Blackbird In Cattail Creek was the serene
natural setting. Many folks come to enjoy that very ambiance daily and sport courts would in essence disrupt the
natural habitat we all hold dear.

decision makers.

I was just informed letters concerning the parks discussion tonight required that written input was due by noon
today. My just sent remarks came after noon and I apologize as we are overseas and I was delinquent due to the
massive time difference. I hope our comments can be accepted, thank you!
