I am concerned about the plan that has been put forth to have "some part of the first section of
the road" first installed and then wait until the spring to complete the work. Why would the city decide to start a road and then stop the construction for over 6-8 month
and then restart the construction? I suggest strongly the the entire construction be delayeduntil spring 2027 to avoid this start/stop concept I will be more costly and will disrupt the area
