I’ll upload this email to Projectdox for record keeping before this project goes to public notice. I also wanted to make you aware of some of the requirements listed in BMC 38.310.010 which will be included in the Project Report as the project moves forward. Prior to infrastructure approval or final site plan appr oval, whichever comes first, you will need to provide written approval from the ditch company for the propos ed improvements. With the infrastructure
submittal, please identify the party responsible for maintenance of the culvert and provide a
maintenance plan. With the infrastructure submittal, the City will also need a certification that the water
entering and exiting the realigned or relocated agricu ltural water user facility is the same quality and
amount of water that entered or exited the facility pr ior to realignment or relocation. Let us know if you have any questions.
