I talked with Taylor about this one and the City of Bozeman has review authority for South 19th. MDT
review is not necessary for this section of South 19th.

I’m reaching out in hopes to clarify a couple of concept review comments regarding MDT jurisdiction.
Comment #11 makes the note that the review authority for S. 19th is City of Bozeman, but comment #46
states that MDT must review and approve the street frontage landscaping. I want to confirm whether or
not MDT review is necessary before engaging with them on this project.
