Hi Adam,
We looked into this and I believe the yellow line in the viewer is shown correctly. A portion of the lot is in
the signal payback. If you look at the parcel lines in the viewer and the parcel lines on the exhibit, the
north-south line across the street is Stockman Way.
That would breakdown to be 23522.4 sq ft * 0.018200 = $428.11
Final payment will be due prior to final site plan approval. Once the site plan application is started we
can enter this in Naviline so the owner can pay online. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi Simon,
My team had a couple of questions on this Concept Plan review and one of them I’m hoping you can help
answer.
I am looking at comment #10 regarding the Meadow Creek Sub signal payback. After reviewing the
document, it appears to me that at least the majority of this site was not included in the payback. Can
you clarify what would be owed by my client?
