recorded as Document Number 2312567,locatedinthe SE 1/4,Sec.14,T.2 S.,R.5 E.
of P.M.M.,City of Bozeman,GallatinCounty,Montana.
The easement ismore particularlydescribedon the attachedExhibitA which by thisreferenceis
made a parthereof.
The GRANTOR(S)agrees:
(1)To constructand maintain thedriveway and parking area attheirown expense in
accordance with relevantCity Ordinances,including,but not limitedto,snow removal
and allmajor and minor repairwork.
(2)To allow the City tomake any and allinspectionsof the driveway and parking areaand
land appurtenanttheretoas theCity reasonablydeems necessary.
The GRANTOR(S)warrant thatthey arelawfullyseizedand possessed of the real
propertydescribedabove,thatthey have a lawfulrightto convey the property,or any partof
it,and thattheywillforeverdefend thetitletothispropertyagainstthe claims of allpersons.
The GRANTOR(S)furtheragreesthatthe GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the
rightsand privilegeshereingrantedwithout any interruptionby theGRANTORS.The terms,
covenants and provisionsof thiseasement shallextend to and be binding upon theheirs,
executors,administrators,personalrepresentatives,successorsand assignsof the partieshereto.
