In order to be considered, written comments received during the public comment period must provide evidence that the proposed site plan application meets or fails to meet the relevant criteria found in Bozeman Municipal
Code, Section 38.740.090-.100. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with evidence
in support of the comment (BMC Section 38.740.080.C.6-.7.). Following the notice period, the City will review comments as they relate to the proposed site plan and to the proposal’s compliance with applicable criteria. Written comments may be directed to: City of Bozeman Department of Community Development, ATTN:
Application 26142, PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771-1230, or emailed to comments@bozeman.net.

Decision Authority and Decision The Director of Community Development has provided an initial determination that the
application is complete and is in substantial compliance with all applicable regulations
and the zoning map as of August 10, 2026. The Project Report for Application No.
26278 details the City of Bozeman’s review of the subject property for compliance
with the criteria and regulations adopted by the State of Montana and the City of
Bozeman. Proposed conditions have been applied to the project to mitigate all
potential impacts relating to State and Municipal standards for land use.
