Please join the Montana Housing Partnership’s inaugural affinity group kick-off call on
Sept. 23 from noon to 1 p.m.
MHP affinity groups will bring together practitioners to work on shared challenges and
solutions, identify resource gaps, share best practices and collaborate on tangible
activities to grow industry capacity. Participants will learn about the MHP’s proposed
asset management/property management and housing preservation affinity groups,
and how to participate in these new convenings starting in November.
Led by the NeighborWorks Montana, the Montana Department of Commerce and its
administratively attached Montana Board of Housing, the Montana Housing
Partnership’s purpose is to engage and build the capacity of the affordable housing
sector in Montana through professional development opportunities, training and peer
engagement. MHP provides programs that advance housing solutions across Montana
including urban, rural, frontier and Native communities.
Participants include a broad range of housing professionals and practitioners. This
includes developers, property and asset managers, property owners, lenders, funders,
service providers, case management and other social service providers within the
housing sector, elected officials and government staff.
