Bozeman Library Children’s Room (General Contractor) – RFP Selection Tool
The proposals will be judged on the completeness and quality of content. Only those consultants
who supply complete information as required by the material contained within the request for
qualifications will be considered for evaluation. The City of Bozeman is seeking to contract with
firms that have the appropriate qualifications to ensure delivery of high-quality products and
who has demonstrated extensive experience with, and an understanding of, similar projects.
The criteria for evaluating qualifications are as follows:

Notes: mistake on the bidsheet. I initially understood that they were proposing an 80 week
construction schedule, which would be ridiculous. After looking at the Gannt chart I understand
it’s 80 days, not weeks.
