Bozeman Library Children’s Room (General Contractor) – RFP Selection Tool The proposals will be judged on the completeness and quality of content. Only those consultants
who supply complete information as required by the material contained within the request for
qualifications will be considered for evaluation. The City of Bozeman is seeking to contract with
firms that have the appropriate qualifications to ensure delivery of high-quality products and
who has demonstrated extensive experience with, and an understanding of, similar projects.
The criteria for evaluating qualifications are as follows:

Notes:
Martel has a proven track record working with the Library, and comes in at the lowest cost and best timeline. They have also
thought through the patron experience making sure that patrons remain safe but informed about what is happening in their Library
which is very important.

It appears that Jackson as a firm has some experience in library and school construction, but that the team they are proposing for
this project has not worked on those and have primarily been in the health care space.
