The parcel does not have any associated water rights or existing groundwater wells.
The first building on the site and landscaping utilized cash in lieu of water rights. The calculation is
provided below. This amount was paid as part of approval of COB#20439.
The proposed building is a storage shop without a proposed bathroom and no proposed additional
workers. Therefore, no additional water is needed for the building. The landscape plan calls out an
additional water usage of 7338 gallons per year or 0.02 AF additional. Per Griffin Nielson, an updated
CILWR is only required if the increase in water demands exceed 0.25 AF.
