Dear City Commission,
As a long term resident of Bozeman(50 years).I have seen many phases of change.Due to the problems created by
buildings being built up against residential neighborhoods that are much taller than appropriate I am requesting you
take this opportunity to reduce the max height of B-3 from 90 to 70 feet and address how easy it is to get out of
building a transition.
Please don't let new developments that barely meet the 60 ft right-of-way threshold to get out of doing a transition
by ceding a small strip of land to count towards the ROW.It doesn't matter how good our transitions in code are if
everybody can get out of doing a transition.
