Dear Commission-please accept my profound opposition to the 90-foot building height limit in the downtown B-3
zones. Rather support a 70-foot height limit,as HPAB supports and I do.You are jeopardizing the historic character
and appeal of our historic downtown core by allowing it to be peppering with 7-story structures.You're
compromising adjoining and vicinity existing structure by enabling buildings so high. I'm not telling you anything you
don't know in your hearts. Please vote responsibly and appropriately with max height limit of no more than 70-feet
in B-3 zones.Thank you-Mary
