Hello City Commissioners, Please accept the following public comment on behalf of the Downtown Urban Renewal District Board for the August 25, 2026, City Commission discussion regarding B-3 building height and transitions. At its August 18 meeting, the Downtown URD Board approved the following recommendation: "The DURD Board recommends that the City of Bozeman retain the 90-foot height maximum in the B-3 zoning district. The DURD Board also recommends that City staff review a potential amendment to how transition zones may function." Thank you for including this recommendation in the public record and Commission materials.
