HomeMy WebLinkAbout26 - Task Orders Order Number Unknown - HDR ENGINEERING, INC. - WRF ON CALL TASK ORDER NO. 3 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICESAMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT WRF ON CALL TASK ORDER NO. 3 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WHEREAS: The CITY OF BOZEMAN (“City”) and HDR ENGINEERING, INC. (“HDR”) entered into an agreement on July 22, 2025, said agreement being Task Order No. 3 of the Professional Services Master Task Order Agreement with HDR Engineering, to perform engineering services for the final design of the WRF Non-Export Solar Power Installation Project (“WRF Solar Project”); The City desires to amend this Task Order No. 3 Agreement (the “Agreement”) in order for HDR to perform services beyond those previously contemplated; and HDR is willing to amend the Agreement and perform the additional engineering services as set forth in this Amendment No. 2 to Task Order No. 3. NOW, THEREFORE, HDR and the City do hereby agree: The Agreement and the terms and conditions therein shall remain unchanged other than those sections and exhibits listed below; Attachment A – Task Order No. 3 Scope of Work shall be amended with the following: Add to Task 400- Bidding Services 400- HDR will provide bid-period services to assist the City in administering the rebid of the construction contract following revisions to the Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications. HDR will prepare advertisements and notices announcing or soliciting bids for the construction of the project. The City will determine the newspapers or other media where the advertisements and notices will be placed, coordinate with the advertising agencies, and pay directly for the advertisements and notices. HDR will provide PDFs of bidding documents for issuing to plan centers, bidders, the City, and others requesting copies of the bidding documents, utilizing the City’s QuestCDN platform. All drawings and bid documents will be in digital, .pdf format and will be distributed through the QuestCDN platform. HDR will maintain a Plan Holders List recording to whom copies of the bidding documents and half-size drawings have been issued. HDR will assemble addenda as appropriate to interpret, clarify or expand the Contract Documents and distribute the addenda to plan holders. HDR will prepare an agenda and conduct a virtual pre-bid conference to be attended by City staff, interested contractors, and the project team. No worksite tour is included.

The City will administer the bid opening and HDR will prepare the bid tabulation. HDR will assist the City in evaluating bids and provide a recommendation to award. Compensation Section shall be amended as follows: Total lump sum fee increase of this Amendment No. 2 to be $19,387, providing for an amended Agreement total of $135,487.
