FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR DB Groundwater
and Environmental, LLC dated April 22, 2025 (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this
16th day of June, 2026, by and between the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, a self governing
municipal corporation organized and existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of
Montana, 121 North Rouse Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing address of PO Box 1230,
Bozeman, MT 59771, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and DB Groundwater and Environmental,
LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant.”
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to amend the
Agreement as follows:
1. Extension of Term. Section 2 of the Agreement is amended to extend the Agreement term
for an additional three (3) year period. The Agreement shall terminate on June 16, 2029
or upon reaching the amended payment cap set forth in Section 3 of this amendment,
whichever occurs first.
2. Scope of Services. Section 3 of the Agreement is amended to incorporate additional
scope of services as follows: As directed by the City, the Consultant will provide
professional services related to the review of documents, evaluating data gathered by
others, reviewing design documents, and providing consultation to the City on various
technical aspects associated with the City’s municipal groundwater project.
3. Payment for Scope of Services. The cost-not-to exceed amount at Section 4 of the
Agreement is amended to provide a total payment of $50,000. This amendment provides
an additional fee amount of $25,000 for the agreed scope of services.

4. Agreement still valid. All remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in
effect.
