•Terms and conditions for addition of balance
•Clarifies reconciliation provisions
•Documents activities which been completed
•Removes completed materials no longer
relevant
MSU/COB Declining Balance Agreement
Add to the end of the first paragraph in Part 3.
“Any balance of credits in place prior to the date of
termination may be applied to new or existing projects
until credits are depleted or otherwise required by law.”
Recommended Addition
I move to authorize the City Manager's signature on the
water and sewer impact fee declining balance
agreement with Montana State University to include the
amending text presented by staff.
