The exclusion of Home Owner Associations in the Inter Neighborhood Council creates a barrier to accomplishing the legally required engagement. What do you think the total allowed height should be in the B-3 zone; (Select One) 0 90ft (increased Feb 1 2026) Q 70ft (allowed before Feb 1 2026), Q 60ft (minimum required by state law) @ Other: There has been insufficient study on the effects of heights in that zon1 Clear selection Are there any zones that do not have transition requirements that should have transitions? Are there zones with transition requirements that should be removed? (Please write in the specific zone to zone transition and any details.) The RB to RA zones do not have adequate transition requirement. What is an example of a good transition in Bozeman? A problematic one? Why? (Any descriptions and approximate areas of town would be helpful to include.) An example of a problematic transition is the proposed Fowler Avenue Housing Project and the adjacent R-1 zone. An example of a good transition is the use of the Durston and Oak roads to separate one type of zone from another. What recommendations, questions, or considerations do you have for the City and Commission around transitions? Adopt a moratorium on B-3 zone in Downtown until there has been a full examination of the height limitations for that zone. Submit Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
