RE: Ingenuity Investments Property in Beall’s 1st Addition, Bozeman, MT
Beginning in September of 2023, and continuing to the present. Alpine Surveying & Engineering
Inc. has surveyed the property corners, topography, water features, floodplain and existing
improvements, and that the exhibit produced is an accurate representation of the site conditions.
All of the work has been performed by or under the supervision of myself, a licensed land
surveyor in the State of Montana.
