NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT
APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gallatin County Floodplain Administrator will consider a
floodplain permit application (172026-026) submitted on behalf of East Gallatin, LLC to conduct
work within the Regulated Flood Hazard Area of the East Gallatin River. The work includes
excavating material to deepen an existing pond, replacement of underground irrigation
infrastructure, and installation of a dock. The project is located on Tract 3A of COS 399A, in the
SW'/o of Section 30,TO S, R06E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, MT.
The application is available for public review at the Gallatin County Planning Department, Room
108, 311 W. Main, Bozeman, MT. Written comments will be accepted through August 24, 2026.
