Ten bids were received from Knife River - Belgrade, Central Plumbing Heating and Excavation, CK May Excavating, Inc., Broadwater Excavation, Williams Civil Construction, DC Excavation, LLC, Roller Construction Inc., Schreder & Brandt MFG, Inc, Equitable, and Ridgeline Excavation, Inc. The following page includes a summary table of the verified bids relative to the engineer’s opinion of probable cost. No discrepancies were noted in Knife River – Belgrade’s bid. Based on this review, Sanbell recommends that the City of Bozeman move forward with a contract award to Knife River - Belgrade in the amount of $985,323.50.
