Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with evidence in support of the comment (BMC Section 38.740.080.C.6-.7.). Following the notice period, the City will review comments as they relate to the proposed site plan and to the proposal’s compliance with applicable criteria. The Project Report for Application No. 26309 details the City of Bozeman’s review of the subject property for compliance with the criteria and regulations adopted by the State of Montana and the City of Bozeman. Proposed conditions have been applied to the project to mitigate all potential impacts relating to State and Municipal standards for land use.
