•June 24, 2026 – Presented Community Engagement scope and approach to
the Transportation Advisory Board.
•July 21, 2026 – Present Community Engagement Plan for adoption.
•August through December 2026 – Distribute plan goals and objectives and
conduct public open house and technical work sessions to collect feedback.
•January through August 2027 – Develop plan update; and release draft
plan for public comment and conduct public open house to collect feedback.
•September 2027 – Issue formal public notice for plan adoption.
•October through November 2027 – Conduct adoption public hearings with
Transportation Advisory Board and City Commission.
•December 2027 – Release final adopted plan.
