All:
Yesterday, the gas-line contractors operating on W. Beall St. between N. 3rd Ave and N.
5th Ave deliberately damaged this healthy green ash tree on the north side boulevard of W.
Beall St. by bashing off several large limbs with their heavy equipment.
Were they too lazy and callous to ask the City to trim this tree? You bet. As such, they should
be ticketed for deliberately damaging public property.
