SCOPE OF WORK MARY & SCOPE2. SCOPE OF WORK 2.) PROPOSED SOLUTION 2. PROPOSED SOLUTION July 8th, 2026 RE: Bozeman City Hall Parking Lot Replacement Proposed Solution This project can be completed swiftly with the right equipment and an appropriately sized crew. If awarded this project, CK May plans to supply the necessary equipment and manpower to finish this job in less than two weeks. The work will be completed in phases, beginning with the east lot and then moving to the west lot once the east lot is reopened to traffic. The asphalt removal process will utilize an excavator, a wheel loader, and a mini excavator to remove and load the existing asphalt. Immediately following asphalt removal, the existing base course will be graded and compacted to prepare each lot for new asphalt. The new base will then be paved with a 3" section of Grade B asphalt. At this point, the striping contractor can stripe the lot and it will be reopened to traffic once the paint is cured. Immediately following the reopening of the east lot, the west lot will be closed and the process repeated. 2.) SCOPE OF WORK MARY & SCOPE2. SCOPE OF WORK 3.) PROPOSED SCHEDULE 3. Once the east lot is reopened, the west lot will be closed and completed while the east lot remains available for parking.
