Hello Sean, my name is Michael Sweeney. I live at 413 Stubbs Ln. within the proposed development
area a couple issues that I would like to prescribe are 1) a green space in my development. The
valley center subdivision was recently surveyed to allow for a road that cuts through our subdivision
to access a development area east of us between Stubbs Lane and Davis. If people using hidden
Valley coming off of Baxter are headed for that development area. They will be inclined if allowed to
cut through our subdivision and would create serious traffic issues I would ask that that portion of
the green space possibly slated for a road, not be approved. 2) as to the type of development in the
overall area, high density residential in the form of single family unit homes and smaller apartment
complexes would best maintain the suburban/rural character of the area. Please consider these
issues as I am a long time Bozeman resident that would like to see the character of our community
retained. Thank you.
