I did the NCOD survey aedao many ofthe qe..6...were ova my knowledge level.It waa weird how hard that fi-g waa WtaregNar000-govem..t/builde,/—hitect pet—to-avigate.Please accept this ae a eommeat w that survey.
I live in the tiny North Tracy Historic District on the north side.I do sot undemtand why the mles let someone Wm 430 N.I into what it is now.It is SO much bigger fan before,the house evd the alley ADO use up every inch of building envelope height allowed
and it looks nothi-g like any of fe houses in fe district.The REACH hoes-(right next da-tl)wif mNtiple residents was Will W bleed into fe histotie flavor-f the neighborhood.At the very]east,an extaiot more eampatible wif the homes m-ond it have helped
it to fit in better.
This makes me concerned for what will happen W 411 N.Ttacy,which has keoam—I—]problems.Will they get W tern it down and put up somefing modem in its place?Om house was build in 1923,it is sturdy and loved,even with the weird plastic siding.
Hopefully someday we will have the budget to pm a more historic exterior in place.
