To sum maize w hat w eunderstood from our discussions:
• City Engineering is allowing the storm inter retention pond to rem an in its currently designed location, partially within the sewer
easem Ent.Together we developed a win-win utility conflict m tigation plan to adjust the future parallel sewer m an trench spacing.
Jerem yto upload the utility conflict m tigation plan pdf we reviewed together as supporting docum entation(Currently labeled as
STO FU PO ND-SEWER XSEC.)
• City Engineering approved interpretation allowing the inside and outside of the W side of the storm vtater pond slope to be
designed at 3:1 (instead of 4:1,)to increase the working space between the pond em bankm Ent and the utility corridor.
• Jeremy is m acing m hor changes to the Storm Pond Details in the SIP to further reduce stuff we build in the easem Ent. Jerem yis
m aing the Ern ergency O\erflow further E and the Concrete Cap for G Ltter Pipe further NE (Still in the easem Ent but closer to
the plan NE corner of the Forebay than the current location to provide m are space to work.)
• City Engineering team will add a form a m ern crandum outlining the city's interpretation and m aing forward with site plan review
to the SP docs.
