Can you provide a traffic study waiver based on this inform ation I provided in early Decem ber? Planning is holding up
review until it is received.

Attached is a traffic waiver request for the Bozem an Classic Pickleball Facility proposed on Lot 12 of the G dlatin
Park Subdivision.Attached is a draft site plan and the subdivision plat. We plan to subm t for site plan before
Christmas.
The ITE num bers are not possible to m etch for this facility and available parking spaces, so we feel they are very
conservative. The attached letter elaborates m cre.
