but I have not gotten a response back from Solid W rite at this tim e, I am guessing that spring break has som ething to do with it. I
will have to coordinate with Solid Waite to see what will work with them while also m eating m nim urn standards of the UDC.

Hoping you had a chance to take a look at the updated m en a We're confident the classification and calculations are right under the new UDC—the
training and coaching services independently place us under Personal&General Service,and the racquet courts land squarely within the Health&
Exercise definition in Sec.38.800.090,so we're com fortable we're in the right place.

Attached is the updated parking m an oreflecting our calculations under the current UDC.
Short version:Both uses(office+pickleball facility)fall under Personal&G eieral Service per the Health&Exercise definition in Sec.38.800.090.
We're providing 46 vehicle spaces against a 39-space m him un and 22 bike spaces against a 22-space m him un—ecceeding the m him urn for
vehicles and m eating the m him urn for bikes;therefore,no relief is needed for either.
The mem owalks through the classification logic and calc detail.Please let m e know if this suffices,happy to jum pon a call if anything needs
clarification.
