Gallatin County,Montana
The easement ismore particularlydescribedon the attachedExhibit A and Exhibit B which by
thisreferenceismade a parthereof.
The GRANTOR(S)agrees:
(1)To constructand maintain the sidewalksattheirown expense in accordance with relevant
City Ordinances,including,but not limitedto,snow removal and allmajor and minor
repairwork.

(2)To allow the Cityto make any and allinspectionsof the sidewalks and land appurtenant
theretoas the City reasonablydeems necessary.
The GRANTOR(S)warrant thatthey arelawfullyseizedand possessed of the realproperty
describedabove,thatthey have a lawfulrightto convey theproperty,or any partof it,and that
they willforeverdefend thetitletothispropertyagainstthe claims of allpersons.
The GRANTOR(S)furtheragreesthattheGRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights
and privilegeshereingrantedwithout any interruptionby the GRANTORS.The terms,
covenants and provisionsof thiseasement shallextend to and be binding upon theheirs,
executors,administrators,personalrepresentatives,successorsand assignsofthepartieshereto.
