Re: Laurel Meadows – Ditch Noticing
On November 11, 2025, a copy of the Laurel Meadows Subdivision Ditch Noticing Package was
mailed to the Farmers Canal Company at the following address:

As of March 6, 2026, no comments have been received from the Farmers Canal Company.
This letter is included in the second submittal of the preliminary plat application for Phases 1 and
2 of the Laurel Meadows subdivision. Minor modifications to the submittal materials have been
made to address City comments, but these changes do not present and new impact to Baxter
Creek or the abandoned, unnamed irrigation ditch on the property. Both of these facilities fall
within the area restricted by the Army Corps, so our design has purposely avoided any impacts
to the area.
