CCON is not needed for just a fire line, but the plans still need to be reviewed through the infrastructure review process and approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. I ask just so I can direct this to the correct engineer! Best, Jessica Mooring (she/her) 2 Development Review Coordinator | Community Development City of Bozeman | 20 East Olive St. | P.O. Looking to determine if a CCON is required for a fire service line to a single building. Thank you! For development of an existing parcel where all roads are existing and utility stubs are already provided from the street, do we still need CCON for extending these utilities (including fire sprinkler service line) to the proposed building and doing our on-site stormwater system? It seems odd that it would be needed unless utility mains still needed to be built. But I wanted to check. Thanks!
