Got it! CCON is not needed for just a fire line, but the plans still need to be reviewed through the
infrastructure review process and approved prior to the issuance of a building permit.
Thanks,

It is intended to be general, BUT I will need to know for Ursus Major.

Hey Adam,
Is this in regards to a specific project you have with the City or just a general question? I ask just so I can
direct this to the correct engineer!
Best,
Jessica Mooring (she/her)

Hi Jessica,
This fell o+ my radar but I wanted to revisit about it. Looking to determine if a CCON is required for a fire
service line to a single building.
Thank you!

Subject: Concurrent Construction Clarification
Good Afternoon,
There’s some confusion regarding Concurrent Construction for On-Site Infrastructure CCON and I’m
hoping that you can clarify for us. For development of an existing parcel where all roads are existing and
utility stubs are already provided from the street, do we still need CCON for extending these utilities
(including fire sprinkler service line) to the proposed building and doing our on-site stormwater system?
It seems odd that it would be needed unless utility mains still needed to be built. But I wanted to check.
Thanks!
