Hi Gavin,
Thanks for such a thoughtful comment on the need for a crosswalk along Fallon between
Cottonwood and Resort.
I lived at the Icon Apartments before the new TnC was built and can personally appreciate the need!
Do you have any experience or input on whether most would use a crosswalk at the driveway to the
Icon or at Stafford Ave? My staff may not have the near-term capacity to do on-site pedestrian
counts, so we’re happy to consider the lived experience of folks like you when situations like this
arise.
