Why should the City agree to subsidize already accelerated development returns without any strings attached?
Please Do not approve the two opportunity zones.
OZ’s are to improve areas that are not attractive for development. Since these areas do not fall into that category, it
would be mismanagement of taxpayer dollars to further accelerate investor returns at the expense of the community.
