Good afternoon - My name is EJ Daws, and I am a longtime Bozeman resident and real estate
professional who has been actively involved in development and investment projectsthroughout our community, including areas near Tract 6. As a stakeholder in Bozeman's
future, I care deeply about ensuring that our city continues to grow thoughtfully andresponsibly.
I support the nomination of Tract 6 for Opportunity Zone designation. This designation willhelp attract private investment, encourage redevelopment, and create opportunities that
contribute to smart, sustainable growth. I believe it can be an important tool to strengthen ourcommunity while supporting the long-term economic vitality of Bozeman.
