Montana’s 2025 "Land Use and Planning Statutes" booklets have arrived! If you
haven’t already requested one, contact the Montana Department of Commerce's
Community MT Division with your name, mailing address and the number of booklets
you'd like.
Additionally, our Community Technical Assistance Program staff and consultants are
